Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wisfr AI Workforce Automation Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, Wisfr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes
- Create and deploy AI agents within your organization
- Integrate the Platform with your existing systems
- Access support and documentation
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Platform
- Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wisfr and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisfr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
